| Down River is a scene I captured in watercolor as I was painting at the yacht club in Maumelle. I noticed the old, rusted hull of a boat half submerged, gradually sinking down into the bank of a river channel. In the background, a barge piled high with rusty colored cargo was chugging down the river. Each vessel was "down" in contrast to the other. | ||
